Request SkyBox Account Deletion

Use this page to submit a verified request to remove your SkyBox account data. We comply with global privacy laws and must confirm the requester is the legitimate account owner.

How to send a deletion request

  1. Sign in to the email address linked to your SkyBox account.
  2. Send an email with the subject “SkyBox Account Deletion” to [email protected].
  3. Include the verification details listed below and wait for our confirmation.

Information needed for verification

  • Registered email address plus your country or region
  • Username or display name shown in the SkyBox app (if available)
  • Reason for deletion (optional but helps us improve)
  • Statement confirming you understand deletion is permanent

Processing & timeline

We acknowledge every request within 3 business days and finish the deletion within 15 business days unless regulations require a different schedule.

What happens after deletion

  • Account access is permanently removed and cannot be restored
  • Viewing history, likes, and saved items are erased from our systems
  • We may retain minimal records needed for fraud prevention or legal compliance
